Good Things to Come
Last Saturday Michael, Aiden and I ran into Elder Holland and his wife at the gas station here in Enterprise. His wife grew up in Enterprise and they were here for a family reunion. It was just him, his wife and 2 other people in the store. What a cool experience to shake his hand and visit with him for a bit - neat experience for the boys as well to speak to an apostle of the Lord - I felt his love as he spoke to us - what an amazing man - he is one of my all-time favorites!!!

OUR FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF BOYS!!
Christmas In Elma!!
We left for WA the 13th of December - I barely made it to Seattle to hand the kids over to my Dad and catch a flight to Atlanta where I would join Trav for his company Christmas Party the next day. Trav and I had a fun get away and were able to do a little Christmas shopping. We stayed Thursday, Friday and Saturday and flew back to Seattle Sunday morning where we stayed until January 3rd - We were able to catch a Elma Boys Basketball game. The boys thought it was really cool looking at all the family(uncles & aunts) names on the walls before you entered the Gym doors. Michael and I went and Chatted with Coach Nadau one afternoon. It was so fun spending time with family and friends

How cool!
This is AWESOME! Funny, because just a few days ago Eliza was telling me how neat it was to meet Pres. Holland (and what an incredible man he is) when he came to her home when her dad was called to be stake president.
Great memory/experience that you will all treasure for always.
Hey Ade! You guys are blessed! Did you know President Holland was instrumental in permitting the twins to serve their final 10 days together as companions in Chile. He lived in Chile for the 2 years that the boys were serving there. His testimony of the Prophet Joseph and the Book of Mormon is second to none (179th GC). Luv ya guys, Papa#10
Thank you so much for posting this Elder Holland talk. I don't even think I can express how much I personally needed to be reminded of "Good things to come....". Such a wonderful man, one of my favorites. Hope you have a great day!
